will provide plans and necessary calculations required for plan approval, City staff has prepared a <br />base plan and specification as basis for bidding the project. <br />The project is ready for the bidding process and during this time, every attempt will be made by the <br />Public Services/Engineering staff to ensure a wide range of potential Bidders are reached by the <br />advertising process. The City will advertise in three (3) local newspapers and in several Plan <br />Houses where Contractors can view Plans, Specifications & Documents. <br />ENVIRONMENTAIL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvement is exempt under CEQA Section 15311 — Construction, or <br />placement of minor structures accessory to (appurtenant to) existing commercial, industrial, or <br />institutional facilities. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />None. <br />FINANCLA,L/FISCAIL IMPACT: <br />The Cooley Ranch Elementary CDBG Childcare Modular Project has a total funding of $141,600 <br />on account number 215-0511-6920-3890.
