The Property is a portion of Ldt <br />2, Tract No. 2433 as shown on Map Book 35, Page 14 of the Assessor's Map of th'e <br />County of Los Angeles and Map Book 163, Page 04 of the Assessor's Map of the <br />County of San Bernardino, as further described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference. The Property has been investigated pursuant to chapter <br />6.8 of division 20 of the Health and Safety Code, under the oversight of the Department. <br />Investigations at the Property identified contamination in the soil on the Property. Soil <br />contamination remains in limited portions of the Property, referred to herein as <br />"Inaccessible Areas" and more particularly described in Exhibits B— Legal Description <br />and C— Survey Map Showing Inaccessible Areas, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />-1- <br />
