BOX 2098 <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA 92324 <br />(909) 514-1816 OFFICE <br />(909) 514-1816 FAX <br />Listed below are programs available through Operation Troupe. <br />• EVALUATION OF PERSONAL NEEDS <br />• EVALUATION OF PROGRAM NEEDS <br />• EDUCATIONAL SERVICES <br />• EMPLOYMENT TRAINING <br />• EDUCATIONAL & SELF AWARENESS PROGRAM <br />• EDUCATIONAL & AWARENESS OF DRUG / ALCOHOL ABUSE <br />INITIAL omcE vorr: Consist of completing an application and setting up an <br />appointment to meet with a counselor for goal planning and contract signing. Time <br />allotted twenty-five to thirty minutes. <br />ORIENTATION: Consist of a group meeting for a full over view of programs <br />available, along with a session of questions and answers (Q&A). Interviewing process <br />will help determine the individual's personal need/goals. This process will take <br />approximately forty-five minutes to one hour. Time allotted may very base on <br />individuals needs. <br />CONTRACT SIGNING: The individual must enter into contract agreement to ensure <br />commitment and completion of the program. Time allotted thirty minutes to one hour. <br />GOAL PLANNING: By appointment only, a counselor will begin the initial goal <br />planning and a full evaluation of participants needs. Time allotted one to two hours to <br />complete. <br />REFERRAL SouRcE: Counselor will refer psrticipants to programs available in <br />the community. Referrals available are educational services, employment training, <br />rehabilitation and self-awareness but not limited to personal needs. <br />COUNSELING: Each participant will work with a counselor, who will <br />monitor and maintain a close relationship to ensure that participants are working on <br />reaching his/her goals. Counselor will maintain a case file on individual participation in <br />the program. <br />Upon completion of the program(s) a certificate of completion will be awarded to the <br />participants. <br />
