Phase N Construction Costs: $4.838.955 <br />Phase IV includes the construction of a parallel 9 -foot by 8 -foot precast <br />reinforced concrete box between the parallel 108 -inch RCP under <br />Interstate 10 and the Union Pacific Railroad and existing 78 -inch RCP in <br />Rancho Avenue at Agua Mansa Road. <br />Phase V Construction Costs: $1.462.400 <br />Phase V includes the construction of the 120 -inch RCP parallel to the <br />existing 78 and 90 -inch storm drain pipe in Rancho Avenue south of Agua <br />Mansa Road. The facility terminates in an existing concrete line <br />trapezoidal channel running between Rancho Avenue and the Santa Ana <br />River. <br />The total project funding needed for the design of phases I, II and III as well as the <br />funding for the construction of phase I has been acquired. The City is currently in the <br />process of acquiring the funding for the construction of phase II, $3,924,175; the City has <br />an available 20% match. The total construction cost of the project, all five phases, is <br />$14,315,510. <br />
