Item #1 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />INTEROFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />TO: ON RA D COUNCIL <br />L <br />Ity <br />FROM: v am o unity Development Director <br />I <br />0 FD C <br />SUBJECT: PUBLICHEARING ppeal —Giant RV Center <br />DATE: April 28, 2005 <br />As the Council may recall this item was continued from your April 05, 2005 Regular City <br />Council Meeting. <br />Subsequent to that meeting, the City staff has had some contact with the applicant <br />regarding: <br />Their concerns with conditions of approval, <br />"Y2width street paving" <br />Additionally, staff also understands that the applicant may have discussed the proposed <br />design of their sign with other members of the City staff. <br />As of the writing of this report, staff has not resolved these outstanding issues and will <br />likely continue to discuss them with the applicant prior to your May 3, 2005 Regular <br />Council Meeting. <br />Therefore, staff will provide an update during their presentation to the Council. <br />
