R-49-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA INCREASING THE DESIGN PURCHASE ORDER FOR <br />AGUA MANSA RE -ALIGNMENT AND STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT (II -1). <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Agua Mansa Road Street Improvement Project design purchase order be <br />increased by $31,735 from funds available in balance sheet 762-2360. Funds will be <br />reimbursed to this account by revenues to be assessed by the Agua Mansa Community <br />Facilities District or the property owner of the Artesia Sawdust Company. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 3RD DAY OF MAY, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
