7. <br />8. <br />9 <br />A. The School/District shall pay the Contractor a fee of $3,500.00 The fee is for services <br />rendered in the areas of two data management training dates: <br />Employee of S.T.E.P California will pickup up the check no later than 30 days <br />after date listed above. <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE all invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice. <br />Make checks payable to S.T.E.P. California. <br />RIGHTS TO REPORT: The rights to any report or evaluation developed by the Contractor <br />in connection with this agreement shall belong to the Contractor and the School/District. <br />EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY It is the policy of the School/District that, in <br />connection with all work performed under School/District agreements, there shall be no <br />discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, <br />religious creed, natural origin, ancestry, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, age <br />disability or medical condition, and therefore, the Contractor agrees to comply with <br />applicable federal and state laws.
