N.AvIGANT
•,
Table 3.1 presents NCI's proposed schedule for the completion of this project. NCI
assumes that Colton Electric will be an active participant in the work product
development and provide its input in a timely manner. NCI's schedule for completion
of the Section 2 Work Plan is geared toward having the draft report submitted to Colton
Electric by the end of the 151h week with the final report submitted a week later.
In addition to the timeline for the completion of items in each task of the project, the
proposed Project Schedule identifies milestones that are to be met. The Project Schedule
also outlines the number of proposed meetings between NCI and Colton Electric. In
total, NCI proposes to meet or have conference calls with Colton Electric staff nine times
to coordinate matters related to the project. These meetings will be crucial to ensure that
the direction of the project is clearly understood by both parties and any assumptions
made during the analysis and in the development of the report are clearly identified for
review by Colton Electric. NCI is also committed to making its Project Manager
available to Colton Electric both to provide periodic updates as well as on an as needed
basis.
NCI is prepared to begin this assignment within five (5) working days after receiving a
notice to proceed.
Calton Electric - Risk Assessment and Management Plan 7
