Unanimous vote. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATI <br />Ordinance No. 1596 <br />Second Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 1596 for Second Reading, reading <br />it as to number and title only: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1596 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />Second Reading AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 1080 AND 1231, AND CHAPTER 3.08 <br />OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE, PROVIDING FOR A PURCHASING <br />AND SALES SYSTEM. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to pass Second Read- <br />ing and adopt Ordinance No. 1596. RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />ADJOURNED COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 24, 1981 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at <br />6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Hayes, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. <br />Also present were City Manager Trevino, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk <br />Ramos. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Agreements <br />City Manager <br />Mayor Gonzales stated the purpose for the Adjourned Council Meeting this evening <br />is to consider the Agreement between the City and Robert Trevino, City Manager. <br />Mayor Gonzales advised the Agreement is for a period of two years, and there has <br />been an addition inserted on Page 2, under Item 5, Other Terms and Conditions of <br />Employment, (c) - which deals with the City Manager Code of Ethics as declared in <br />the International City Managers Association Code of Ethics.
