CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATI Ordinance No. 1596 Second Reading City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 1596 for Second Reading, reading it as to number and title only: ORDINANCE NO. 1596 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, Second Reading AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 1080 AND 1231, AND CHAPTER 3.08 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE, PROVIDING FOR A PURCHASING AND SALES SYSTEM. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to pass Second Read- ing and adopt Ordinance No. 1596. Unanimous vote. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: N Mr. Frank Smith, 270 West F Street, Colton, complained about the condition of the (y) alleys between 6th and 7th Streets, and "F" and "G" Streets. 7 Q Mr. Wes Hayden, 279 Litton Avenue, Colton, suggested the City consider pur- chasing a house for the City Manager, which would be an inducement and in- centive to keep an individual with the City for a longer period of time. RAMOS, CMC City Clerk ADJOURNED COUNCIL MEETING FEBRUARY 24, 1981 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Hayes, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Trevino, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: Agreements City Manager Mayor Gonzales stated the purpose for the Adjourned Council Meeting this evening is to consider the Agreement between the City and Robert Trevino, City Manager. Mayor Gonzales advised the Agreement is for a period of two years, and there has been an addition inserted on Page 2, under Item 5, Other Terms and Conditions of Employment, (c) - which deals with the City Manager Code of Ethics as declared in the International City Managers Association Code of Ethics.
