No. 4160 Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no pro- tests or objections had been received. City Manager Trevino referred to a report from the Director of Building and Safety John Twiss regarding the fourth quarter sewer allocations, which are the same as those allocated in the third quarter. Mr. Trevino said if Council concurs, it would be in order to adopt Resolution No. 4160. Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone desired to speak on this matter. Mr. Earl Young, representing Pacific Coast Builders, stated they are in agreement with the sewer allocations as presented. Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to terminate the -- Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolu- tion No. 4160. Unanimous vote.
