Unanimous vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Sewers <br />Res. No. 4160 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no pro- <br />tests or objections had been received. <br />City Manager Trevino referred to a report from the Director of Building and Safety <br />John Twiss regarding the fourth quarter sewer allocations, which are the same as <br />those allocated in the third quarter. Mr. Trevino said if Council concurs, it <br />would be in order to adopt Resolution No. 4160. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone desired to speak on this matter. <br />Mr. Earl Young, representing Pacific Coast Builders, stated they are in agreement <br />with the sewer allocations as presented. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to terminate the <br />-- Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolu- <br />tion No. 4160. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4160 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON PURSUANT <br />TO ORDINANCE NO. 1595, ALLOCATING PRIORITY CATEGORY 3 SEWER AL- <br />LOCATIONS. <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Leases/Purchase <br />Street Sweeper <br />Mayor Gonzales advised that Item No. 11 on the Agenda, concerning consideration of <br />a lease -purchase arrangement for a street sweeper, was being removed for additional <br />study. <br />DEC 11981 <br />
