Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve the Con- sent Calendar. Unanimous vote. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Street Maintenance Alley Paving Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Posting and reported on a letter of protest received from Ramon Robles dated January 14, 1981. Director of Community Services Calvin Wang stated the reports and cost analysis have been submitted for the alley paving project between 9th and 10th Streets and "N" and "O" Streets. Mr. Wang said if Council concurs, it would be in order to adopt Resolution No. 4067 confirming the costs. Councilman Rehrer asked if Mr. Robles has been contacted about this matter. Mr. Wang stated that all of the property owners concerned with this particular alley paving project will be notified about the assessment costs. Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone desired to speak on this matter. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to terminate the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolution No. 4067. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO 4067 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON CONFIRM- ING CERTAIN REPORTS OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS. (CHAPTER 27, DISTRICT NO. 80-20) Street Maintenance Alley Paving Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Posting and reported that no protests or objections had been received. Mr. Wang reported on the alley paving project between "F" and "G" Streets and 12th and 13th Streets, at a cost of $2,069.76, stating that the reports and cost analysis have been submitted. Mr. Wang concluded that if Council concurs, it would be appropriate to adopt Resolution No. 4068. Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to terminate the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote.
