No. 4062 Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. Personnel Officer Trevino submitted the Affidavit of Posting. Mr. Trevino stated this public hearing concerns an addition to the City's Pay and Classification Plan of the position Community Development Coordinator, Unclassi- fied, at Salary Range 13 as outlined in Resolution No. 4062. C. Res. No. 978 Mayor Gonzales read a letter dated January 6, 1981, from Norma Jean Rivera, Executive Director of San Hidalgo Institute, requesting a postponement of the matter concern- ing Planning Commission Resolution No. 978, due to the illness of Attorney Juan Jimenez who would be representing San Hidalgo Institute in this matter. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, approving request to postpone the matter concerning Planning Commission Resolution No. 978 to the next regular Council Meeting of Tuesday, January 20, 1981. Unanimous vote. COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Street Maintenance Alley Paving Director of Community Services Calvin Wang reported on three alley paving projects that were completed by City staff on December 31, 1980, concerning the alley between 9th and 10th Streets and "N" and "0" Streets, at a cost of $1,768.64; the alley be- tween "F" and "G" Streets and 12th and 13th Streets, at a cost of $2,069.76; and alley between "E" and "F" Streets and Pennsylvania Avenue, at a cost of $601.96. Mr. Wang stated that Staff would recommend approval of Resolution Nos. 4063, 4064, and 4065, setting the date of Tuesday, January 20, 1981, for public hearing on the costs for these projects. Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Resolution Nos. 4063, 4064, and 4065. Unanimous vote.
