City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no prots3s <br />or objections had been received. <br />Planning Director Aguilera stated this matter concerns the prezoning of Annexation <br />East 33, requested by Rodney Collins, to change from County Zoning to City Zoning, <br />R -E -X, Residential Estate with Special -Conditions, on property located on Lot 5 <br />and a portion of Lot 6 in Tract No. 7531, better known as 11633 Encanto Lane. <br />Mr. Aguilera advised the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this matter <br />and recommended approval of the prezoning, as outlined in Planning Commission Reso- <br />lution No. 1001, and pending final approval by the Local Agency Formation Commis- <br />sion. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone in the audience desired to speak in favor of or in <br />opposition to the proposed prezoning. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to terminate the Public <br />Hearing. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to pass First Reading, and <br />waive further reading, of Ordinance No. 1605. Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1605 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 964, <br />First Reading AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />Sewers <br />Res. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4126 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1595, ALLOCATING PRIORITY 3 <br />SEWER ALLOCATIONS. <br />Director of Building & Safety John Twiss advised there are approximately 53 sewer <br />connections left from the first and second quarter's allocations and possibly the <br />City Council would like to consider allocating these connections at a future Council <br />meeting. <br />City Attorney Edwards agreed that this can be done. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Planning Cases <br />-- Planning Director Aguilera reported on a request for use of a mobile home as a tem- <br />porary classroom trailer, pursuant to Section 18.32.070 of the Colton Municipal <br />Code, on property located at 11500 South Mt. Vernon Avenue. The Planning Commission <br />has recommended approval of this request. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve request for <br />use of mobile home as temporary classroom trailer. Unanimous vote. <br />Conditional Use Permits <br />P. C. Res. No. 1003 <br />Mr. Aguilera read his memorandum regarding the revocation of a Conditional Use <br />Permit, approved June 3, 1980, for J.
