Authorize the engagement of Willdan Associates, consulting civil engineers. to provide professional engineering services in preparation of Plans and Specs for this well project at the standard hourly rate with a total fee not to exceed $6,000. 3. Authorize Community Services Department to call for public bids for drilling the new well. Discussion followed among Council Members and Staff with regard to a proposed new well site and the drilling of the new well, and the consultants to be hired to assist with this project. Moved by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Item Nos. 1 and 2 as recommended and outlined by Staff, and deleting Item No. 3. Unanimous vote. CLOSED SESSI The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 10:12 p. m., to discuss Personnel Matters, and reconvened at 10:42 p. m., all Members present. Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Hayes, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Trevino, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos.
