Variances P. C. Res. No. 988 Planning Director Aguilera reported on a Variance application requested by Manuel E. Rodriguez to reduce the side yard setback requirements from 10 feet to 6 feet, to allow the moving on of a residential structure at 540 North 3rd Street in a R-3 zone. Mr. Aguilera advised the parcel of land is approximately 50 feet by 150 feet and contains one dwelling to the fron of the lot, with the proposed structure to be located to the rear of said lot. Mr. Aguilera stated the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held March 10, 1981, recommended approval of the Variance appli- cation as outlined in Planning Commission Resolution No. 988.
