No. 987 <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to set for Public <br />Hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 1981, Planning Commission Resolution No. 987, In- <br />dex No. A-2-81. Unanimous vote. <br />Variances <br />P. C. Res. No. 988 <br />Planning Director Aguilera reported on a Variance application requested by Manuel <br />E. Rodriguez to reduce the side yard setback requirements from 10 feet to 6 feet, <br />to allow the moving on of a residential structure at 540 North 3rd Street in a <br />R-3 zone. <br />Mr. Aguilera advised the parcel of land is approximately 50 feet by 150 feet and <br />contains one dwelling to the fron of the lot, with the proposed structure to be <br />located to the rear of said lot. Mr. Aguilera stated the Planning Commission, at <br />a public hearing held March 10, 1981, recommended approval of the Variance appli- <br />cation as outlined in Planning Commission Resolution No. 988. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Planning Com- <br />mission Resolution No. 988 together with findings as listed therein.
