23S <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />AUGUST 3, 1982 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Huntoon pre- <br />siding. <br />Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia and Mayor Huntoon. Also <br />present were Acting City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, and Deputy City <br />Clerk Veralrud. Recommend denial. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve the Consent <br />Calendar. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Appointments <br />Mayor Huntoon referred to his memorandum regarding appointment of a Council Member <br />to the Architect Selection Committee for the 0. C. D. Fire Station project, advis- <br />ing that he would like to be appointed to the Committee. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to ratify appoint- <br />ment of Mayor Huntoon to the Architect Selection Committee.
