268 COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 21, 1982 A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Huntoon pre- siding. Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Reverend Donald Jessup of the United Methodist Church. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Huntoon. Also present were City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. CONSENT CALENDAR: Minutes December 7, 1982 Warrants 24812 through 25062 107123 through 107314 December 16, 1982 inclusive Agreements Amendment to Agreement with Rourke & Woodruff for Legal Services. Personnel Amend City's Pay and Classification Plan to include the position of Accountant, RESOLUTION NO. 4261. Transfer of Funds Parks Division, RESOLUTION NO. 4262, and Street Division, RESOLUTION NO. 4263, to purchase chain saws. Notice of Completion Final acceptance of Traffic Signalization Project, No. 80-2, with CALTRANS, and authorize filing Notice of Completion. Agreements Amendment to Agreement with Edward S. Babcock & Sons for Laboratory Services for the Pretreatment Program, Project No. 82-4. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve the Consent Calendar. Unanimous vote. MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: Governmental Aaencies Mayor Huntoon referred to correspondence from the City Selection Committee request- ing that the Colton City Council consider and vote for a representative to the South Coast Air Quality Management District. Mayor Huntoon advised that Councilwoman Faye Myers Dastrup, from the City of Ontario, and Councilman Thomas Sawyer, from the City of Rialto, have submitted their applica- tions indicating their desire to serve as the representative.
