Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve the Consent Calendar. Unanimous vote. MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: Proclamations Mayor Gonzales read in full a Proclamation declaring the week of February 17 through 23, 1982, as International Business and Professional Woman's Club Week. The Proclama- tion was accepted by Councilwoman Connie Cisneros, President of the Business and Pro- fessional Woman's Club in Colton. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Zoning P. C. Res. No. 1013 Mayor Gonzales declared the Continuance of the Public Hearing. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Posting Notice of Continuance and reported that she had not received any additional protests or objections. Planning Director Aguilera stated this public hearing is being continued from a previous Council Meeting due to a protest of the zone change from an affected property owner. Mr. Aguilera said it is Staff's recommendation that the proper- ties known as Assessor's Parcel Nos. 260-061-14 and 15 be removed from considera- tion of the proposed zone change to P -F, Public Facility, and that the Planning Commission be instructed to review the prezoning of these properties separately. Mr. Aguilera concluded that Staff also recommends First Reading of Ordinance No. 1615. Mayor Gonzales asked if there was anyone present that desired to speak on this matter. Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Hayes, the Public Hearing was terminated. Unanimous vote. FEB! 6 1987
