Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Proclamations <br />Mayor Gonzales read in full a Proclamation declaring the week of February 17 through <br />23, 1982, as International Business and Professional Woman's Club Week. The Proclama- <br />tion was accepted by Councilwoman Connie Cisneros, President of the Business and Pro- <br />fessional Woman's Club in Colton. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Zoning <br />P. C. Res. No. 1013 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Continuance of the Public Hearing. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Posting Notice of Continuance and <br />reported that she had not received any additional protests or objections. <br />Planning Director Aguilera stated this public hearing is being continued from a <br />previous Council Meeting due to a protest of the zone change from an affected <br />property owner. Mr. Aguilera said it is Staff's recommendation that the proper- <br />ties known as Assessor's Parcel Nos. 260-061-14 and 15 be removed from considera- <br />tion of the proposed zone change to P -F, Public Facility, and that the Planning <br />Commission be instructed to review the prezoning of these properties separately. <br />Mr. Aguilera concluded that Staff also recommends First Reading of Ordinance No. <br />1615. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked if there was anyone present that desired to speak on this <br />matter. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Hayes, the Public Hearing was <br />terminated.
