N <br />Q <br />Q <br />After additional discussion, on Council consensus, this matter was referred to al 4:3 <br />future meeting. <br />Moratorium <br />Ordinance No. 1613 <br />Mayor Gonzales stated because he was absent at the last Council Meeting when this <br />matter was discussed, he would again like to introduce Ordinance No. 1613 for <br />Council's consideration relating to the termination of the moratorium on land <br />uses in an area of the City, inasmuch as the General Plan has been approved and <br />adopted. <br />Councilwoman Cisneros and Councilman Rehrer stated their objections to the Ordinance, <br />inasmuch as the General Plan for the South Colton area has not as yet been adopted. <br />Moved by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to waive full reading and <br />introduce for First Reading, Ordinance No. 1613. Upon Roll Call, the Vote was: <br />AYES: Three; Hayes, Garcia, Gonzales. <br />NOES: Two; Cisneros, Rehrer. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1613 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE <br />First Reading ORDINANCE NOS. 1585, <br />LAND. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON REPEALING <br />1590, AND 1600 RELATING TO INDUSTRIAL USE OF <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 7:05 p. m., to discuss Personnel <br />Matters, and reconvened at 7:22 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia and unanimously passed, <br />Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 7:24 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
