Councilwoman Garcia stated she was in agreement with Councilman Rios. <br />2U0 <br />Mayor Huntoon then asked for a Roll Call Vote on the motion, which was as follows: <br />AYES: Three; Cisneros, Rehrer, Huntoon. <br />NOES: Two; Rios, Garcia. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mayor Huntoon said at this time, he would like a motion with regard to the proposals <br />that had been submitted for auditing services. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to reject all proposals <br />at this time regarding auditing services for the City. Motion carried, with Council- <br />woman Garcia voting NO. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:17 p. m., to discuss Matters of <br />Litigation, and reconvened at 10:00 p. m., all Members present. <br />Councilman Rehrer suggested that from now until the month of October, the Council <br />Members be permitted to wear informal clothing. Council was in agreement with <br />the suggestion. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unanimously passed, <br />Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 10:02 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
