170 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />MARCH 16, 1982 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales pre- <br />siding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Hayes, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. <br />Also present were City Manager Trevino, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk <br />Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />Minutes <br />March 2, 1982 <br />Warrants <br />15147 through 15406 <br />103160, 103305 through 103561 <br />March 11, 1982, Inclusive <br />Bids <br />Award of Bid to Inland Center Dodge, $39,670.50, five 1982 Police Patrol Units. <br />Agreements <br />Southern California Public Power Authority, to participate in completion of a <br />Study for the Harry Allen Generating Project. <br />Electric <br />Establish Policy for Dusk -to -Dawn Security Lighting. <br />Document Files <br />Individual Grant Deed, Marianne Robison, parcel of land on Agua Mansa Road. <br />Accept and authorize recording. <br />Claims <br />Gary Farris versus the City of Colton. Recommend denial. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve the Consent <br />Calendar. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Boards & Commissions <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, ratifying appoint- <br />ment of Jose A. Urrea to the Recreation and Parks Commission. Unanimous vote. <br />Legislation <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Mayor Gonzales, to approve Resolution <br />No. 4191. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4191 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON REGARD- <br />ING REALLOCATION OF AIR POLLUTION FUNDS. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Annexations <br />Res. No. 4184 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavits of Publication and reported that no ob- <br />jections or protests had been received. <br />Planning Director Aguilera reported as Council may recall during a previous meeting <br />Resolution No. 4170 was adopted and it set in motion a thirty -day protest peiord <br />for the areas involved in the Colton/Rialto land swap.
