<br />Board of Trustees, Colton Public Library
<br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, ratifying appointment
<br />of Sylvia Hernandez to serve as Student Representative on the Board of Trustees of
<br />the Colton Public Library. Unanimous vote.

<br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, ratifying appointment
<br />of Daniel Carrasco to the Utility Commission. Unanimous vote.
<br />Proclamations
<br />Mayor Huntoon read in full a Proclamation declaring November 15 through 21, 1982, as
<br />Children's Book Week, which was accepted by Martine Hornburg, City Librarian.
<br />Councilman Rios read in full a Proclamation declaring November 8 through 14, 1982, as
<br />Veterans Week in commeration of Veterans Day, November 11, 1982. The Proclamation
<br />was accepted by Dorothy Dixon of the Colton Woman's Club District 21 of the California
<br />Federation, Inc.
<br />Councilman Rehrer read in full a Proclamation entitled "Veterans Call to Unity Month"
<br />for November, 1982, which was also accepted by Dorothy Dixon.
<br />Resolution of Commendation and Appreciation
<br />Councilwoman Garcia read in full a Resolution of Commendation and Appreciation honor-
<br />ing
<br />onoring Dr. Jose Y. Anguiano Sandoval, M. D., of the Colton Family Practice Center, a
<br />County sponsored Program at the Peter Luque Community Center.
<br />Dr. Sandoval accepted the Resolution and thanked the City Council for this recogni-
<br />tion.
<br />Councilwoman Cisneros read in full a Resolution of Commendation and Appreciation on
<br />behalf of the Colton Woman's Club, Blue Dot Fire Hydrant Marker Program, which was
<br />accepted by Carolyn Wright of the Colton Woman's Club District 21 of the California
<br />Federation, Inc.
