Recommend denial. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve Consent <br />Calendar. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Canine Demonstration <br />City Manager Elliott reported that as a result of budget authorization in the 1982- <br />83 Fiscal Budget, the Police Department now has a new wing, the Canine Corps.
