RESOLUTION NO. 4243 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />24 g AUTHORIZING FORECLOSURE ACTION WITH REGARD TO PARCELS <br />OF LAND IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 78-2 AND APPOINTING AT- <br />TORNEYS TO INSTITUTE SUCH PROCEEDINGS. <br />W. Q. C. P. <br />Mr. Edwards reported from his memorandum dated August 13, 1982, regarding a request <br />from Mr. Bob Krieger, of Krieger & Stewart, that the City Attorney be available to <br />travel to Toronto, Canada, if necessary, with Jon Reynolds to meet with Gray Engi- <br />neering concerning the sewer plant work. <br />Mr. Edwards said he felt he should only make such a trip upon the express direction <br />of the City Council, or of the City Manager, after being so authorized by the Council. <br />After discussion, moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, <br />authorizing the City Attorney to accompany Mr. Jon Reynolds, of Krieger & Stewart, <br />to Toronto, Canada, to meet with Gray Engineering concerning the sewer plant work, <br />if necessary. Unanimous vote. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:00 p. m., to discuss Litigation <br />Matters, and reconvened at 10:13 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unanimously passed, <br />Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 10:15 p. m. <br />HELEN A. Also present <br />were Acting City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos.
