286 <br />Mr. Herrera then discussed the comparison of sewer service charges <br />for selected users on an average monthly basis, the existing amounts <br />and the proposed amounts, as outlined in Table 7-6, and a comparison <br />of average monthly charges for sewer use as outlined in Table 7-7. <br />Discussion was held with regard to the proposed charges for sewer <br />service and the methods of payment, and optional plans that could <br />be used to cover the increases. <br />Mr. Birch, of Jon -Lin, and Mr. Meyer, of Wartsila, spoke to the <br />Council Members with regard to their particular businesses and op- <br />erations, relating to the mineral and toxic limitations, charges, <br />and other requirements of the proposed ordinance, stating They are <br />willing to try to work with the City. <br />Awards <br />City Manager Elliott stated he had some additional service pins to <br />be awarded, and presented a five year pin to Councilwoman Cisneros, <br />a five year pin to Mayor Huntoon, and a twenty five year pin to <br />Councilman Rehrer. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer and <br />unanimously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 6:55 <br />P.
