The Proclamation was <br />accepted by Acting Police Chief Paul Connolly. <br />Councilman Rios read in full a Proclamation declaring April, 1983, <br />as PUBLIC SCHOOLS MONTH, and proclaiming Tuesday, April 19, 1983, as <br />DAY OF THE TEACHER.
