Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4397 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE 1983-34 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET. <br />Financing/Bonds <br />Res. No. 4398 <br />Mr. Francis Baum, of Best, Best & Krieger, reviewed his memorandum <br />and the legal documents forwarded to the Council Members pertaining <br />to the Multifamily Housing Revenue Bond Issue, stating the approv- <br />ing resolution has been revised by adding a new Section 15. <br />After discussion, moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman <br />Cisneros, to approve the issuance and sale of the City's Multifamily <br />Housing Revenue Bonds, Issue A of 1983, to Security Pacific Capital <br />Markets Group, and Resolution No. 4398. Vote was <br />unanimous. <br />County of San Bernardino/Legislation <br />City Attorney Edwards reported on Ordinance No. 1659, an Urgency <br />Ordinance, which provides for implementation of a program to moni- <br />tor underground storage of hazardous materials as required by recent <br />State legislation, and which needs to be adopted prior to January 1, <br />1984. <br />
