399 The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:35 P. m., to discuss Meet and Confer Matters, and reconvened at 9:00 p. m., all Members present. Richard Dauer Da City Manager Elliott outlined the events that will take place to honor Richard Dauer, former Colton resident and Second Baseman for the Bal- timore Orioles, beginning with a Proclamation, declaring December 6 through 10, 1983, as RICHARD DAUER WEEK, with other special events to continue on through that week. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, approving and authorizing Richard Dauer Week as outlined by the City Manager. Vote was unanimous. ADJOURNMENT: Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros and unanimously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 9:00 p. m. HELEN A.
