20 CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Electric/Agreements City Attorney Edwards stated that Item No. 13 on the Consent Calendar concerns a Letter Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding regarding the development and use of the California -Oregon Transmission Project, and approval of Resolution No. 4536. Mr. Edwards stated there were some minor changes in the Letter Agree- ment, however, he felt there were no problems with adoption of Resolu- tion No. 4536, and Staff would recommend that action. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, approving Letter Agreement and Resolution No. 4536 with regard to California - Oregon Transmission Project. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 4536 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF COLTON AP- PROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING DATED AS OF DECEMBER 19, 1984, AND A SUPPLEMENTAL LETTER AGREEMENT RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CALIFORNIA -OREGON TRANS- MISSION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF COLTON. Housing Policies Report City Attorney Edwards stated he would like to revert back to Item No. 16 on the Agenda, the Public Hearing for the Housing Policies Report. Mr. Edwards advised that legally this Public Hearing has to be opened and continued, and this was not done. Mayor Huntoon declared this was the time and place fixed for Public Hearing to consider a Housing Policies Report for the City of Colton. Mayor Huntoon announced the Public Hearing will be continued to Tues- day, March 5, 1985, at 7:30 p. m. Ordinance No. 1672 City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 1672 for Second Reading, reading it as to number and title only: ORDINANCE NO. 1672 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF (Second Reading) COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE UNIFORM BUILDING MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, HOUSING, SIGN, ADMINISTRA- TIVE CODES AND THE UNIFORM CODE STANDARDS AND THE UNIFORM CODE FOR ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 1579, 1593, 1601 AND 1612 OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND ALL OTHER ORDI NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1672. Unanimous vote. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:12 p. m., to discuss Meet and Confer Matters, and reconvened at 9:33 p. m., all Members present. ADJOURNMENT: Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios and unanimous- ly passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 9:35 p. m. HELEN A.
