H. Hsu, and payment to <br />Joseph E. Vote <br />was unanimous. <br />Mr. Matt Kurilich, 919 Bayside Drive, Newport Beach, spoke to the City <br />Council stating he felt they had been treated unfairly, and from now <br />on they will be keeping a close eye on their money with regard to <br />Assessment District No. 79-1 and how it is disbursed. Mr. Kurilich <br />said unfortunately this is not over with yet, as it will be reviewed <br />again in a court of law, and expressed his disappointment over the <br />fact that he had tried, several times, to get in touch with both Mr. <br />Brown and Mr. Elliott, but neither one returned his calls. <br />Tract Files <br />Community Services Director Joe McGee recommended acceptance of Tract <br />No. 9893 with all offers of dedication, which is an 11 lot, single <br />family residential subdivision located on the west side of Bostick <br />Avenue, north of Litton Aven e, in the La Loma Hills area. All bonds <br />and cash fees have been received. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to ac- <br />cept Tract 119893 as outlined by Staff.
