City Manager Elliott stated that he has been meeting with Mr. Creatura <br />on this matter, and Staff will look into it further to assure that <br />there will be no additional costs to the City. <br />The Mayor and Council Members thanked Mr. Creatura for his presenta- <br />tion. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />.-. Elections <br />City Attorney Edwards reported on Resolution No. 4416, giving notice <br />of the Polling Places and the names of Election Workers for the forth- <br />coming Election, April 10, 1984, as required by law. <br />Mr. Edwards said adoption of this Resolution is recommended, following <br />which, it will be published in accordance with State law. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve <br />Resolution No. 4416. Unanimous vote. <br />N RESOLUTION NO. 4416 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING PRE- <br />CINCTS AND POLLING PLACES, APPOINTING PRECINCT <br />Q BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR THE <br />Q GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF THE CITY ON TUES- <br />DAY, APRIL 10, 1984, CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO. <br />4399 OF THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. R. F. Frazier, 1284 Norman Road, Colton, complained that the <br />street sweeper does not come past his house and clean the street <br />in front of his home, and asked that the City take care of this <br />matter. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 7:57 P. m., to dis- <br />cuss Personnel and Meet and Confer Matters, and reconvened at 8:56 <br />p. m., all Members present. <br />Personnel <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to ap- <br />prove RESOLUTION NO. 4415.
