<br />Mayor Huntoon read in full a Resolution of Congratulations on the Re-
<br />tirement of Fred Elkins, Storekeeper, from the City. Mr. Elkins ac-
<br />cepted the Resolution.

<br />Councilman Rehrer read in full a Proclamation declaring July 30
<br />through August 5, 1984, as FRIENDSHIP WEEK. The Proclamation was
<br />accepted on behalf of Sherilyn Rush.

<br />properly written protest.
