475 Mr. Hutton reported on Change Order No. 5, in the amount of $9,822., for an outlet structure, for Assessment District No. 79-1, advising there are sufficient funds in the Project Contingency account to cover the cost. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to ap- prove Change Order No. 5, in the amount of $9,822.., for Assessment District No. 79-1. Unanimous vote. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: City Attorney Edwards advised that Item No. 21, concerning considera- tion of an increase in animal fees and Resolution No. 4496, would be removed from the Agenda. Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer.
