CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Fire Station City Manager Elliott stated he would like to remind everyone about ^ the dedication ceremonies for Fire Station No. 3, which will be held on Friday, March 16, 1984, at 2:00 p. m. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Personnel/Salaries Res. No. 4421 City Attorney Edwards advised this matter was being continued from a previous Council Meeting, and involved a Salary Resolution for all employees of the City of Colton, and was being presented in two forms, "A" and "B", Form B including compensation for the City Clerk. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to ap- prove RESOLUTION NO. 4421, Form "B". Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 4421 ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ESTABLISHING A PAY AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF COLTON EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1984. Miss Jill McMeans, 12004 Glenwood Avenue, Colton, made a presentation to the City Council with regard to democracy and issues relating to local government. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the City Council at this time, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the Meeting at 7:50 p. m., to meet for an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Wednesday, March 7, 1984, at 3:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Rios, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Huntoon. Also present were City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilwoman Cisneros.
