Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Proclamations <br />Councilman Rehrer read in full a Proclamation declaring the week of <br />Novenber 18 through 24, 1984, as FAMILY WEEK. <br />Resolutions <br />Mayor Huntoon read and presented a Resolution of Congratulations to <br />Patrick and Marjorie Meredith of New Zealand. <br />PUBT.TC HF.ARTNGS: <br />Personnel <br />Mayor Huntoon declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Personnel Officer Elliott submitted the Affidavit of Posting and re- <br />ported that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Personnel Officer Elliott reported that the job description for the <br />position of Account Clerk II has been revised to reflect computer <br />data entry work and deleting computer programming. <br />Personnel Director Elliott further reported the Intermediate Typist <br />Clerks in the Police Department requested, through the Employees <br />Association, that a special classification study be conducted. Mr. <br />Elliott said the study has been completed with findings indicating that <br />the title, Police Services Clerk, would more fully describe the duties <br />performed by the incumbents. <br />Mr. Elliott concluded Staff recommends approval of the job descrip- <br />tions. <br />NOV 2 01984 <br />
