Mayor inquires of City Clerk if she concurs in the <br />holding of the special elections for the Community <br />Facilities District on January 5, 1988. <br />10. If a majority protest has not been filed (written <br />protests against the establishment of the Community <br />Facilities District filed by the owners of one-half <br />or more of the area of the land proposed to be <br />included in the Community Facilities District) the <br />City Council may proceed to establish the Community <br />Facilities District by adopting the following <br />Resolutions: <br />(a) Resolution No. R-154-87 establishing <br />Community Facilities District No. 87-1. <br />(b) Resolution No. R-155-87 determining necessity <br />for Community Facilities District No. 87-1 to <br />incur a bonded indebtedness in an amount not <br />to exceed $3,500,000. <br />(c) Resolution No. R-156-87calling a special <br />election on propositions with respect to the <br />annual levy of special taxes therein and the <br />establishment of an appropriations limit <br />therefor. <br />10.
