COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 3, 1987 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were Assistant City Manager for Administrative <br />Services Keane, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was <br />City Manager Benest. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />January 20, 1987 <br />(2) Warrants <br />56612 through 57168, 129546 through 129748, inclusive <br />(January 29, 1987), as recommended by the Assistant City <br />Manager for Administrative Services. <br />(3) Text Amendment <br />Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, February 17, 1987, Text <br />Amendment, Index No. TA -2-86, amend Sections 18.16.010A, <br />18.16.010B.1, 18.12.160, 18.08.456, 18.08.690, 18.32.030, <br />and 18.16.060B, of the Zoning Ordinance and Colton Muni- <br />cipal Code. <br />(4) Bids <br />Reject all Bids on Pickup Trucks for Public Works because <br />of errors in the specifications. <br />(5) Budget <br />Transfer of Funds, $5,000, from General Fund Contingency <br />Reserve, for legal fees and costs to oppose Rialto's tire <br />burning plant, RESOLUTION NO. R-13-87. <br />(6) Claims <br />John J. Fitzpatrick vs. City of Colton. Recommend denial. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar.
