2. CHAIRMAN:The first item of business is a Resolution of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton Approving its <br />Report on the Redevelopment Plan for the Mt. Vernon <br />Corridor Redevelopment Project, and Transmitting the <br />Report and the Redevelopment Plan to the City Council of <br />the City of Colton. A copy of the resolution and the report <br />to City Council are included in Agency member's packets. <br />Motion for adoption in order. Resolution No. 520. <br />3. AGENCY <br />MEMBERS: Take desired action. <br />4. CHAIRMAN The second item of business is a resolution of the Agency <br />finding that the provision of low- and moderate -income <br />housing outside the Mt. Vernon Corridor Redevelopment <br />Project is of benefit to the Project. This finding is <br />recommended because there is a limited amount of <br />residential land in the Mt. Vernon Corridor Redevelopment <br />Project appropriate for such housing, and because there are <br />locations for such housing available in other parts of the <br />community. A copy of the resolution is enclosed in the <br />Agency member's packets. Motion for adoption in order. <br />Resolution No. 521. <br />5. AGENCY <br />MEMBERS: Take desired action. <br />6. MAYOR: The third item of business is a resolution of the Council <br />finding that the provision of low- and moderate -income <br />housing outside the Mt. Vernon Corridor Redevelopment <br />Project is of benefit to the Project. This action is parallel to <br />7. COUNCIL <br />the action of the Agency.
