Resolution of Support Mayor Gonzales referred to a Resolution of Support for "YOU'VE GOT THE POWER. REGISTER TO VOTE" Week, April 18 - 22, 1988. PUBLIC HEARTNGS! Zoning/Annexations Mayor Gonzales announced the Continuation of the Public Hearing. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Posting Continuance and reported that no protests or objections had been received. Community Development Director Aguilera reported on the prezoning of Annexation South 44 for 300 acres of land located south of Agua Mansa Road, north and east of the San Bernardino County line, and west of the Colton City limits. Mr. Aguilera advised that the Planning Commis- sion approved the zone designations of M-1, P -F, R-1 and R -E for this property, along with findings, at a public hearing held March 8, 1988. Mr. Aguilera concluded if Council concurs, Staff would recommend passing First Reading of Ordinance No. 0-7-88. Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. Speaking in favor of the prezoning and proposed annexation were Guy Davny and Janey Anzaldi. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to close the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to waive full reading and pass First Reading of Ordinance No. 0-7-88. Unanimous vote. C.D.B.G. Mayor Gonzales declared the Continuance of the Public Hearing. Community Development Director Aguilera reported on the priority list of the 1988-89 Community Development Block Grant Projects, per coopera- ating Cities agreement with the County of San Bernardino. 3
