Moved by Member Rios, seconded by Member Garcia, approving the Disposi- <br />tion and Development Agreement and authorizing the Chairperson to <br />execute said Agreement on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency, subject <br />to minor changes approved by the Agency. Unanimous vote. <br />Personnel <br />Res. No. R-76-88 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Personnel Officer Benest submitted the Affidavit of Posting and re- <br />ported that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Personnel Officer Benest reported on the new position of Building Main- <br />tenance Leadworker, which was approved in the 1988-89 Budget for the <br />Public Works Department. This position will be at a Salary Range of <br />20.0 and will be placed in the General Unit. <br />Mr. Benest also spoke about retitling the Custodian classification to <br />that of Maintenance Worker I. with no salary change recommended. <br />Mr. Benest concluded Staff recommends approval of the job description <br />for Building Maintenance Leadworker, retitling the classification of <br />Custodian to Maintenance Worker I. and adoption of Resolution No. R- <br />76-88, amending the City's Pay and Classification Plan. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to close <br />the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to ap- <br />prove Staff's recommendations as outlined. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-76-88 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-160-87. <br />Street Vacations <br />Res. No. R-77-88 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Community Development Director Aguilera reported that the Planning Com- <br />mission had reviewed the vacation of this alley, located between Valley <br />Boulevard and "H" Street and Grand Avenue east to the end, and recom- <br />mended approval of the vacation. <br />5 <br />
