Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Human Services Director Richard Holmer spoke to the City Council with <br />regard to the Hispanic Alcoholism Task Force and the County Alcohol and <br />Drug Rehabilitation Program. <br />Mayor Gonzales presented a Plaque to Juanita Sanchez-Hase, President of <br />Hase & Associates Systems, Inc., for her work with the Hispanic Alcohol- <br />ism Task Force. Mrs. Hase commended the City for their participation <br />in the Program. <br />Proclamations <br />Mayor Gonzales read in full a Proclamation declaring the month of March, <br />1988, as HISPANIC ALCOHOL AWARENESS MONTH, which was accepted by Richard <br />Rios.
