Recess: <br />The City Council recessed at 8:08 p. m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:10 p.m. <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:10 p. m., to discuss <br />Litigation Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), <br />City of Colton vs Matthew Kurilich, Jr., Assessment District No. 79-1, <br />U. S. Bankruptcy Court Case No. SB 84-02531 DN Chapter 11, and Pending <br />Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), regarding <br />Colton Cablevision, and reconvened at 9:00 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unani- <br />mously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 9:00 p. m., to <br />meet for an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 26, 1988, at <br />6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall. <br />HELEN A.
