ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Fred Cordova, 190 West E Street, spoke about the closing of the <br />Landfill on South La Cadena Drive, suggesting that the City supply <br />maps of some kind indicating the routes to the Landfill in Fontana <br />and San Timoteo Canyon for our residents so that they do not get lost. <br />Mr. Cordova also suggested the City increase the fine for Littering <br />to $1,000, in an effort to stop the littering of highways and prop- <br />erties. <br />Recess <br />The City Council recessed at 8:40 p. m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:50 p. m., <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:50 p. m., to discuss <br />Potential Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8; <br />Pending Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), <br />Jennifer Thornberry vs. City of Colton, Alternative Writ of Mandate, <br />Case No. 243264, San Bernardino County Superior Court; Pending Liti- <br />gation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), WCAB 78SBR <br />.�, 06761/762, and reconvened at 9:37 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Rios and unanimous- <br />ly passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 9:38 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
