Discussion followed among Council Members and Staff regarding the pro- posed Ordinance and providing for recreational vehicle parking in side - yards. On Council consensus, City Attorney Edwards was directed to redraft the Ordinance, and include a provision for the parking of recreational vehicles, boats, ect., in sideyards. Closed Session City Manager Benest requested a Closed Session at the end of the meeting. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Ordinance No. 0-14-88 Second Reading City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-14-88 for Second Read- ing, together with Resolution No. R-65-88, pertaining to the Zone Change and General Plan Amendment for Intercal Colton Properties, advising that both matters could be handled by one motion. Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-14-88, and adopt Resolution No. R-65- 88. Unanimous vote.
