Discussion followed among Council Members and Staff regarding the pro- <br />posed Ordinance and providing for recreational vehicle parking in side - <br />yards. <br />On Council consensus, City Attorney Edwards was directed to redraft the <br />Ordinance, and include a provision for the parking of recreational <br />vehicles, boats, ect., in sideyards. <br />Closed Session <br />City Manager Benest requested a Closed Session at the end of the meeting. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Ordinance No. 0-14-88 <br />Second Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-14-88 for Second Read- <br />ing, together with Resolution No. R-65-88, pertaining to the Zone Change <br />and General Plan Amendment for Intercal Colton Properties, advising that <br />both matters could be handled by one motion. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass Second <br />Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-14-88, and adopt Resolution No. R-65- <br />88.
