Unanimous <br />vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Joint Public Hearing <br />Mayor Gonzales announced this was the time and place fixed for Joint <br />Public Hearing of the City Council of the City of Colton and the Re- <br />development Agency for the city of Colton on the proposed acquisition <br />and sale of real property for the Villelli Enterprises, Inc., American <br />R.V. Expo of Colton project. <br />John Brown, Legal Counsel, Best, Best & Krieger, stated pursuant to the <br />appropriate sections of the California Community Redevelopment Law, <br />notice has been duly given that the City Council of the City of Colton <br />and the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton have authorized a <br />Joint Public Hearing to consider the approval of a Redevelopment Dispo- <br />sition and Development Agreement, Villelli Enterprises, Inc. project) with <br />American R.V. Expo of Colton.
