Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to <br />tentatively approve the Public Works budget. Unanimous vote. <br />Councilwoman Cisneros requested that staff look at the City Council <br />salaries. Councilwoman Cisneros stated the Council has received $150.00 <br />per month for a very long time. Assistant City Manager Keane responded <br />that adoption of an ordinance is required to increase the Council salaries <br />and that the new salary would be effective following the next election. <br />The City Council requested a report back on the particulars. <br />ADOURNMENT: <br />Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br />HELEN A.
