Storm Drains City Manager Benest advised that the item concerning construction of the Eucalyptus Avenue Storm Drain, Community Facilities District No. 87-1, will be continued to Wednesday, June 29, 1988. Closed Session City Manager Benest requested a Closed Session at the end of the Meeting dealing with Pending Litigation. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Mr. Jon Zane, 1321 North 9th Street, Colton, spoke to the City Council regarding the ever-increasing problem of dogs that have been let out to roam freely in the evening, and the danger of attack from these dogs. Mr. Zane stated he felt the City should consider hiring an additional Animal Control Officer for week -ends and evenings, after 5:00 p. m. Recess The City Council recessed at 8:35 p. m., to take up the business of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:45 p.m., all Members present. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:50 p. m., to discuss Pending Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), Five Cities Economic Development Authority, Civil Case No. 87-1439 (PAR), Bank of America; Government Code Section 54956.9(a), Colton Cablevision; and Potential Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, and reconvened at 9:25 p. m., all Members present. Councilman Rios was absent from the Closed Session dealing with the Litigation for Colton Cablevision, due to a possible Conflict of Interest, and entered into Closed Session at 9:05 p. m.
