Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve <br />Staff recommendations on the budget items as modified. Unanimous vote. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Manager Benest reported the closed session on personnel would <br />not be needed. <br />City Manager Benest thanked the Mayor and City Council for the manner <br />in which the budget sessions were handled. Mr. Benest also thanked <br />all of the employees who had a part in putting the budget together, <br />in particular Assistant City Manager Keane and Fiscal Operations <br />Manager Young. <br />The Mayor and City Council in turn thanked the City Manager and <br />everyone involved in the budget process for a job well done. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m., on motion <br />of Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, and unanimously <br />passed. <br />HELEN A.
