CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Ordinance No. 0-6-88 <br />Second Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-6-88 for Second Read- <br />ing, reading it as to number and title only: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-6-88 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1074 REGU- <br />(Second Reading) LATING THE USE OF TRAFFIC UPON THE STREETS, SIDE- <br />WALKS AND OTHER PRIVATE PLACES IN THE CITY OF <br />COLTON. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, to waive further <br />reading of Ordinance No. 0-6-88. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass <br />Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-6-88. Unanimous vote. <br />ORAL COMMTTNTCATTnNS_- <br />Mr. Eugene McMeans, 12004 Glenwood, spoke to the Council regarding the <br />traffic problems in Reche Canyon, specifically due to Tract Nos. 12567 <br />through 12576, requesting that the City Council study and consider <br />another traffic pattern for that area. <br />City Manager Benest advised that this matter will be turned over to the <br />City's Traffic Committee for study. <br />Recess <br />The City Council recessed at 8:24 p. m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:25 p. <br />m., all Members present. <br />CT.OSFT) RRRRTnM- <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:25 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and re- <br />convened at 9:52 p. m., all Members present. <br />AT).TOTTRATMFNT - <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unani- <br />mously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 9:52 p. m. <br />.,rye • <br />JANE M.
