COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 4, 1988 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />RnLT. CAT.T. <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. <br />Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, and City <br />Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilman Rehrer, due to illness. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />City Manager Benest advised there was an update to the memorandum re- <br />garding Appointment of the Reche Canyon Advisory Committee, Item No. <br />8 on the Consent Calendar. Due to the interest generated in the County <br />of Riverside, an ex -officio member has been appointed; Kay L. Bruno, 7530 <br />Reche Canyon Road, will have full participatory abilities, but will not <br />be able to vote since the County of Riverside has refused to participate <br />in funding of the plan. <br />( 1 ) Minutes <br />Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of September 20, 1988, as <br />on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants <br />72094 - 72499 <br />142240 - 142454, 142461 - 142630 <br />September 29, 1988 <br />(3) Parks <br />Approval of Contractor to build Rich Dauer Park Restrooms and <br />additional Monies from the Parks Development Fund. <br />(4) City Manager <br />Attendance at International City Management Association Conference. <br />(5) Claims <br />Jo Anne Gardiner vs. the City of Colton. Recommend denial. <br />(6) Finance <br />Interim Investment Policy. <br />
